I hear talk of Wimax and HSE - what are they.

HSE stands for High Speed Evolution - it is basically an upgrade to a mobile opperators 3G network to substantially increase the mobile data speed to levels similar to WIMAX. Mobile phone customers will not be affected but the mobile opperator will be able to supply mobile broadband to more customers at higher speeds - competing with fixed line broadband. :ugeek:
